OFAC screening that alerts when it goes stale
The sanctions list refreshes daily and raises an alert if it hasn't succeeded in 36 hours. A screen against a stale list is worse than no screen, so we treat staleness as an incident.
Quikdealer runs inventory, the deal desk, service, and the wholesale network for independent used-car dealers — with cross-border tax, bilingual paperwork, and the compliance record already written by the time the customer drives off.
Written into the software, not into a policy binder
A dealership doesn't run in modules — it runs in one continuous handoff from the lead to the plate. Every surface here writes to the same customer, vehicle, and deal, so nothing is retyped and nothing goes missing.
Leads land with their source attached, route to the right rep, and stay on somebody's list until they're closed. Appointments, birthday and service reminders, and drip campaigns run without anyone remembering to run them.
Most dealer software leaves compliance to you and your binder. Quikdealer screens, flags, and records as your team works — so when a regulator, a lender, or your own lawyer asks, the answer is already written down.

Any user can turn on an authenticator app and backup codes from Settings. Owners can flip a single switch that requires it of all staff — the default is advised, not forced, so a busy store is never locked out mid-deal.
Driver's licence numbers and integration secrets are column-encrypted with pgcrypto under a key derived per tenant, so one dealership's data is not readable in another's context.
Every sensitive action is appended to a hash-chained log with UPDATE and DELETE revoked at the database, then sealed daily. Tampering breaks the chain, and verification says where.
Every domain table carries a dealership ID with per-command row-level security policies. Isolation doesn't depend on the application remembering to filter.
The exact text a customer agreed to is stored with the consent, at the moment of capture — because PIPEDA cares what they were shown, not what your current template says.
Dealer software written twenty years ago treats compliance, Canada, and modern security as things you bolt on. Quikdealer was built around them, which is a different piece of software.
You've spent years putting customers, vehicles, and deals into your current system. Leaving shouldn't mean leaving that behind — so migration is a guided, repeatable import we run with you, not a CSV you're handed and wished luck with.

Straight answers about what ships today.
Yes, and that's the reason the product exists. Money always carries its currency, jurisdictions use ISO-3166-2 codes (US-NY, CA-ON, CA-QC) rather than a two-letter state field, tax is computed for all 51 US jurisdictions and all 13 Canadian ones, and customer documents render in English, French, or French-first for Québec rooftops.
It's available to every user and off by default. Anyone can enrol an authenticator app with backup codes from Settings → Security, and owners can flip an organisation-wide switch that requires it of all staff. We deliberately don't force it on every store on day one: a hard lockout in the middle of a sale is its own kind of risk, and that call belongs to the dealer principal.
Every domain table carries a dealership ID, and Postgres row-level security policies are written per command — separate SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE rules — so isolation is enforced by the database rather than by the application remembering to add a WHERE clause.
Each envelope records who was sent it, whether an access code was required and verified, every view with its IP and device, the moment of signature, and any decline with its reason. Signed documents are filed to the deal and the whole trail is written to the append-only audit log.
Yes. We map an export from your current system, run it in dry-run so you can see every row before it's written, then run it for real. It's idempotent, so a second pass never duplicates records. Inventory, customers, and open deals come across.
It's yours. You can export your records at any time, and Quikdealer supports data-subject export and erasure requests as a first-class feature because PIPEDA requires it — the same machinery works for you.
Days, not quarters, for a typical independent rooftop. The long pole is usually deciding your roles and your document set, which is why onboarding walks you through both.
Book a 30-minute walkthrough. We'll desk one of your real deals, generate the documents your jurisdiction requires, and show you what the audit record looks like afterwards.
